iso 9001 certification

What are the organizational and economic benefits of ISO 9001 certification

ISO 9001 certification not only makes it possible to streamline a company’s management system and make it more efficient, but also produces an economic effect.

During the work they studied the results of implementing the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 at 800 enterprises. 400 of them were certified according to ISO 9001 and 400 were not. Similar research was carried out in our country. Russian economists analyzed the work of more than 1,000 companies and found out that the financial indices of certified companies are by 5-10% higher than those of enterprises that did not pass the certification procedure. It turns out that ISO 9001 certification, in addition to the above-mentioned goals, can be monetized. The ISO 9001 certification procedure consists of two stages. The first is to create and implement a quality management system. At the second stage, the QMS has to be documentally checked for compliance with the ISO 9001 requirements, and then the certificate is obtained. Then the implemented QMS has to be kept up to date. In order to check this, once a year the body that issued the certificate conducts technical supervision over the fulfillment of the requirements of the standard. The certification center “Garant” will develop documents for your company to operate the quality management system and help pass the ISO 9001 certification procedure.

How to get certification

The requirements of ISO 9001 certification are very strict. First of all, it is necessary to establish quality management. Within the framework of this process, a set of measures should be taken for the preparation of reports and checking the enterprises. In order to get certification, it is necessary to create a set of documents that contain specific information about the organization of the enterprise. Besides, to pass the certification, companies should be able to prove that all their products meet the requirements of quality management, i.e. that a product meets certain requirements in order to have a correct description, code and mark. The certification should be issued by a certification center. A certification center is a body that carries out the organization of the certification and certifies that an enterprise meets the requirements of quality management and conducts quality control in accordance with the requirements of the standard. If an enterprise gets certified by one center, this is not sufficient. If the entity has already been certified by another certification center or accredited by other standards of certification, it should be considered to have passed the certification procedure, too. However, the certificate is only valid for three years and can be revoked.

A standard reference is made by a certification authority and by the person responsible for obtaining the certification certificate. There are also other mechanisms. There are certified organizations that ensure the fulfillment of the requirements of certification standards, like international organisations, certifying authorities, companies. To be certified, a company should fulfill the organization standard. Its legal name should be fully specified, descriptions and codes should be specified. The company’s operations should be linked with the descriptions, descriptions should be checked with the standards and codes. All these aspects are included in documents to be passed by the certification authorities. Certification is the result of the cooperation of authorities and enterprises. The certifying authority assesses the enterprise and passes the document to the certificate authority. The certificate authority passes the document to the organization and directs them to provide documents for the certification. In case the certificate is not received or not received soon enough, the certification authority can take up the issue with the organization.

It is necessary to be aware that certifying organizations are more important than the organization itself. If the certification authority does not approve documents, they will not be passed. In this case, the documents will not be passed on. Each organization must be certified in accordance with the requirements of its own organization. For example, the ISO 9001 standard sets the organization’s requirements for obtaining a certification. ISO 9001 is a worldwide certification procedure that requires an organization to meet certain requirements.

ISO 9001 certification

There are several international organizations that offer certification of organizations. Some of these organizations are ISO, IES, SAS, MSD and CE. ISO is an international certification procedure that prepares documents for certifying organizations. There are some guidelines on ISO 9001 certification. However, certifying bodies do not specify the requirements for the organization. They make suggestions for the organization, but they are guidelines, they do not stipulate all the requirements that need to be met. ISO 9001 ensures that an organization follows the quality guidelines, checks the organization and ensures that all its processes are properly organized and documented. Certification standards are different for each certification body and each certification organization. ISO is a certification agency based in Switzerland and is accredited by the international organization.
